Coastal Sketching Morning
Sketch the shoreline in ink and gouache, then finish the page in the studio.
Start on the quay with pens and a small board, sketching boats, rocks and water. Back in the studio you turn one sketch into a small gouache painting. If the weather is poor the whole morning moves indoors.
